My name is Pablo Lascurain
As a founder who has built 13 companies and successfully exited five, I operate from a playbook I wrote myself—in the trenches, not from the sidelines.
Driven to clear the path for others, I founded 4Founders and 4Wmn to create powerful support ecosystems. Through this work, I’ve helped founders forge critical alliances with industry titans like Google and Meta and secure capital from world-class VCs like Accel and Kleiner Perkins. My mission to democratize this knowledge led to my Domestika course, which has ignited the launch of over 8,000 new businesses.
To solve more sophistcated challenges, I launched inIDP to help global corporations solve complex problems, and fast-track the adoption of game-changing technologies like AI. My venture capital firm, Dissent Ventures (DSV10), challenges the traditional VC model with a proprietary methodology I designed from scratch to engineer “transaction transforming startups” that are built to redefine their markets.
This mission is my life's work. I invest in founders who dare to dissent, empower non-profits through Contrapeso, and explore the 'why' behind it all on my podcast and in my book, El Arte de Entender. For me, building and understanding are two sides of the same essential pursuit.
